GNU R segmented relationships in regression models
This GNU R package provides segmented relationships in regression models with breakpoints/changepoints estimation.
Given a (generalized) linear model, segmented ‘updates’ the model by adding one or more segmented relationships. Several variables with multiple breakpoints are allowed.
