Optimized Cosmic Ray Annihilation in Python 2

Astro-SCRAPPY is designed to detect cosmic rays in images (numpy arrays), based on Pieter van Dokkum's L.A.Cosmic algorithm. Parallelization is achieved using OpenMP.
