It now tries ~/.lpcookie.txt, ~/.mozilla/*/*/cookies.sqlite and
~/.mozilla/*/*/cookies.txt to find a Launchpad cookie file.
Also added a hint that you can create a valid file, by logging into
Launchpad with Firefox.
