  * New upstream release
  * d/rules: skip the test suite if DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS has "nocheck"
  * d/p/spelling-fixes.patch, d/p/manpage-debug-packages.patch,
    d/p/do-not-build-examples.patch: refreshed for new upstream version
  * d/p/drop-shebang-from-bash-completion.patch: dropped, applied
    upstream.
  * d/p/manpages-bad-whatis.patch: patch to fix the
    manpage-has-bad-whatis-entry lintian warning.
  * d/control: bumped standards-version to 4.1.5. No changes necessary.
  * d/pmdk-tools.bash-completion: no need to rename while installing anymore.
  * d/rules: added comment about bug #1765851 and why we are still keeping the
    workaround
  * d/control, d/pmdk-tools.install: added build-depends for libndctl-dev and
    libdaxctl-dev in order to enable daxio
  * d/control, d/t/daxio-version: added simple daxio test to check that
    the tool runs. Other tests would require hardware support.
  * d/t/control, d/t/rpmemd-version: added simple rpmemd test just to
    verify that the tool runs.
