SoftEther is an open-source cross-platform multi-protocol VPN program.

SoftEther supports: 

 * SSL-VPN, OpenVPN, IPsec, L2TP, MS-SSTP, L2TPv3, EtherIP
 * VPN over ICMP and VPN over DNS
 * Ethernet-bridging (L2) and IP-routing (L3) over VPN
 * Embedded dynamic DNS and NAT traversal
 * AES 256-bit and RSA 4096-bit encryption
 * RADIUS and NT domain user authentication
 * X.509 client certificates
 * Packet logging
 * Web GUI
